Your host, Rudolph Valentino DiTommaso, viticulturist and vintner, invites you to come visit our magnificent winery & vineyard. We produce over 20 different types of wine and use the highest quality French and American oak barrels to age our wines. We grow 20 different varieties of grapes on our 20 acre estate, and all our wines are produced from grapes grown, harvested, fermented and bottled right here in Long Grove, IL.
